gypsy music

last week i went to first thursday and got to talk to one of my favorite local musicians, adam hurst. he often plays his cello at first and last thursdays and i love stopping to listen to him. his music is very ambient and beautiful with a little bit of a darker sound to it (oooh look at his picture, a little eerie). he has several cds out, mostly of his cello music but he also has a few where he plays spanish classical guitar which i absolutely love. if you go to his website, he also has several music videos to watch. check him out if you get a chance. i highly recommend his music
